Any software, code, designs, or digital assets developed by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not here to make any controversial statements. Then can only claim when there in no any service initated or if they don't take any of our documents. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
Services Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated.
Either party may terminate an agreement with prior written notice as per contract terms.
Services
We provide IT consulting,IT Infrastructure, managed HR services, software development, digital marketing, website development, and other related services. The scope of services will be defined in individual contracts or agreements.
Return & Refund Policy
Return accepted only if any damage found in products and services in original condition while in transit or damaged within transit. We accept it only in original condition without any usage. Any amount mistakenly transferred then returnable subject to verification within 30 days to 60 days of standard time after verifying with valid reason for refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation accepted only if no service has been started within 15 Days, once the service started cannot be canceled. Only if there any issues in entire services after discussed with concerned team support, service can be cancellable.
Payment and Fees
Payment terms will be outlined in individual agreements. We will send the fees struture before initiate the payment of fees. Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time when it required only by management. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
